Disciplinary Procedure for NHS Medical & Dental Staff
Since June 2005,all NHS Trusts are obliged to follow the procedure under Maintaining High Professional Standards in the Modern NHS ('MHPS') for disciplinary and capability allegations involving doctors & dentists.
